Homemade Ultrasound With Speakers
In the bloody affair "Couscous Connection" in outrageous heist of the French yacht, Tunisia is now cited as an example of archetypal the mafia state.
The time difference between the two crimes is very revealing of the nature of a mafia era policy of Tunisia "modern."
Mafia, criminal regime, looting and corruption, the rumors are transformed into irrefutable truths and are now no doubt. As for the culprits are identified and do not struggle to return the charges or defend their honor. Worse yet, they continue to circulate freely, and abuse act with impunity.
All this reveals an undeniable reality: a mafia government in Tunisia in full sight of everybody. To argue our claim we made use of the scientific method that dissects the phenomenon or the "object of study" in light of its epistemological.
Indeed, the French criminologist Thierry Cretin draws our attention to the fact that it is not necessary to capitalize the word Mafia means of evidence, he writes, serious organized crime in the common spirit (International Crime, p 137)
Mafia is synonymous with organized crime and defined as:
"... a society that seeks to operate outside the control of citizens and their government. Its action is not improvised but very complex result of conspiracies hatched for many years and intended to get control of a field full of activities to earn the most profits possible. (Crime Control Act of 1970) At the European Union in October 1999, organized crime is defined as the collaboration of more than two persons for a period of time, indefinite, suspected of having committed serious criminal offenses for power or profit. (CRIMORG 55, REV 1) Ten years before, in 1988, the International Criminal Police Organization (Interpol) has proposed the following definition:
"Any company (or group of persons) engaged in unlawful activity is taking permanent not respect national boundaries, and whose primary goal is profit. "
These definitions are strong points of reference: 1 / collaboration between more than two people,
2 / specific tasks being assigned to each of them,
3 / on a fairly long period of time or indefinitely,
4 / with a form of discipline and control,
5 / suspected of having committed serious criminal offenses
6 / acting internationally,
7 / resorting to violence or other means of intimidation,
8 / Using a commercial or commercial-type,
9 / engaged in money laundering,
10 / exercising influence the political, media, public administration, the judiciary or the economy,
11 / acting for profit and / or power
It is required the concurrence of at least six criteria that necessarily Nos. 1, 5 and 11. Tunisian Mafia Is not therefore a genuine case study? If not which criteria is it lacking?
It has long spoken of the identification between State and Party in Tunisia, but never the organic relationship between the state and mafia.
In our humble opinion in the latter that we must seek the key to Tunisian policy. All pathological phenomena ravaging the Tunisian landscape are closely related to that relationship both enigmatic and diabolical. And it is this metamorphosis of the Tunisian government of a state - a state party - mafia that makes the difference between Bourguiba and Benali.
We deduce that all the adjectives attributed to political Tunisian regime (dictatorship - authoritarian - despotic - Républicoroyaliste - Camelion ...) are admissible only to describe the act and not Nature. As to the latter, it is undoubtedly mafia, and par excellence!
The sacrosanct the Mafia: fear, forgiveness and profit
Mafia Tunisian built a kind of skein within society, where an entire "class mafia" intermediating without being totally in the organization: technical, lawyers, doctors, businessmen, politicians. A network so dense that we can easily detect in the various sectors of Tunisian society. It reminds us by network micro-state of the Sicilian Cosa Nostra nebula unveiled after the recent arrest of his great master Bernardo Provenzano.
order to sustain its efforts and broaden its influence, mafia needs to be acquired continuously and new followers must always retain its former agents. This policy requirement is thoroughly respected by the mafia Tunisian who recently used the technique of forgiveness (the values are transformed into CCS in the mafia) to tame some opponents / enemies of the system. Charlatans have tried therefore to recruit or neutralize in media called subversive and hostile offer of forgiveness cons part of repentance, always in a logical mafia.
A technique of forgiveness, should strike fear into even the build political and social culture. Hypertrophy and hard the repressive apparatus are the best illustration. From mounting
pornographic verbal threats, harassment court to systematic torture, physical assaults and disappearances and assassinations, the processes are recurrent and the Mafia excels in recidivism.
In general, the mafia prefers to use intimidation, bribery or blackmail rather than force to coerce those who resist it. In this way it attracts less public attention on it. But it happens regularly to get rid of competitors or embarrassing witnesses or traitors, use methods brutal mafia: gang wars for the takeover of a territory or market, murder of witnesses and accomplices or mutation of the judge before a trial are a few examples.
Profit is, in turn, the ultimate goal of the mafia. All means are good and justified to reach it, starting with state funds and eventually private property. Indeed, if the Constitution is the supreme law in the legal hierarchy of a democratic state is the profit which is the governing principle in a mafia state.
Is it not the case in Tunisia by Ben Ali?
